What to Expect When You Make a Self Referral

Referral

Once you submit a referral (using the button below), your information will be added to our client management system.

For clients accessing our post diagnostic services, we kindly ask that, where possible, you email us a copy of your diagnostic letter or any evidence of your diagnosis to contact@autisminmind.com

Initial Contact

We will contact you using your preferred method of communication to gather more information and assess whether our service is a good fit for you.

If we are unable to reach you through your preferred method, we will try other contact methods you have provided.

You may be invited to attend an initial appointment at one of our venues or online.

If we are unable to meet your needs, we may direct you to other appropriate services.

Initial Appointment

An initial appointment serves to get to know you better and introduce you to our staff and, if applicable, our venues. After this meeting, we will send you a letter to confirm the outcome.
