What to Expect When You Make a Self Referral

Once a referral form is submitted your information will be imported onto our client management system.

We will get in touch with you using your initial preferred method of communication to gather more information to assess whether our service is a good fit for you. 

If we are unable to reach you using your preferred method of communication, we will attempt to contact you by other methods provided.

We may invite you to attend an initial appointment at one of our venues or online. 

If we’re unable to meet your needs, we may signpost you to other services. 

The purpose of an initial appointment is to get to know you better and to introduce you to our staff and venues, if you are visiting us in person. After this appointment, we will write to you to confirm the outcome.
