Our psychoeducational course 'Me, Myself & Autism' is a self-awareness course designed specifically for autistic individuals.
Over six weekly sessions, we celebrate the unique characteristics of autism and address the challenges that autistic people may encounter (the MMA course can only be accessed post-diagnosis).
The MMA course runs for 6 weeks.
At the end of the course we hold an online Me. Myself & Autism for Families session where relatives/friends have an overview of the course content.

We offer telephone/online emotional support, and practical support signposting to, and supporting effective communication between clients and partnership services.
The support aims to enhance the quality of life for autistic adults by promoting independence and reducing the need for more intensive interventions.

Our social space is on the last Friday of each month. This is held at Katy's Corner, Suite 12 Dudley Court, 1st Floor Manor Walks South.
Come along and meet up with AIM friends, or make new ones. We have coffee and biscuits too!
