About Us

Our Vision

 Our vision is that all autistic people will be empowered and enabled throughout their lives to be themselves, to be valued by others, and to live their lives in the way they need them to be lived.  

Our Mission

 Our mission is to support and enable autistic people to be the best they can be by connecting to individuals, supporting needs, preventing crisis and working towards changing the wider world.  

Our Aims


  • Connect with autistic individuals, and families living with autism with a view to providing support, information and advocacy and a safe social environment for autistic people. 
  • Prevent people autistic people from reaching crisis point. 
  • Be innovative and differentiate our services to meet the complex needs, and communication needs of autistic people. 
  • Identify gaps in services and provisions that exist and seek solutions to ensure that the needs of the autism community are met. 
  • Lead in developing and sharing best practice for development and delivery of services that will make a difference to autistic people’s lives. 
  • Challenge barriers to meaningful inclusion for anyone who is autistic. 
  • Include the views and opinions of our service users in developing and delivering all our services. 
  • Be an accessible and approachable service for autistic adults who are looking for support, information or advocacy. 
  • Work collaboratively and in co-production with other organisations and groups where appropriate to improve the lives of autistic people. 
  • Monitor and evaluate our service delivery, and practices to enable continuous improvement. 
  • Be a well-run and sustainable organisation.  

Our Values


  • Work in co-production with autistic people whenever possible.

  • Recognise the importance of the health and wellbeing of autistic people and have good knowledge and understanding of how to promote these with people who need support. 
  • Promote dignity and respect by maintaining confidentiality and integrity and valuing the individual’s knowledge and experience. 
  • Maintain safety and safeguarding responsibilities by appropriately assessing risks and supporting where necessary. 
  • Deliver flexible and personalised support and advocacy that reflects the needs of individuals or families. 
  • Enable informed choice by appropriately supporting anyone who is autistic by building on their strengths and personal resources. 
  • Promote social inclusion by facilitating opportunities to meet with others in the autism community in a safe and comfortable environment. 
  • Enable confidence in people who need support to achieve and maintain independence. 
  • Take every opportunity to campaign to change society to accept and understand autism.
