 Our vision is to empower and enable all autistic individuals to be their authentic selves, to be valued by others, and to live their lives in the way that best suits their needs. 

Our Mission

  Our mission is to support and empower autistic individuals to reach their full potential by fostering connections, addressing their needs, preventing crises, and advocating for positive change in the wider world. 

Our Aims

 

  • Connect with autistic individuals to provide support, information, advocacy, and a safe social environment.
  • Prevent autistic individuals from reaching crisis points.
  • Innovate and differentiate our services.
  • Identify and address gaps in services and provisions to meet the needs of the autism community.
  • Lead in developing and sharing best practices for services that positively impact autistic people's lives.
  • Challenge barriers to meaningful inclusion for autistic individuals.
  • Incorporate the views and opinions of our service users in developing and delivering all our services.
  • Be an accessible and approachable service for autistic adults seeking support, information, or advocacy.
  • Work collaboratively with other organisations and groups to improve the lives of autistic people.
  • Monitor and evaluate our service delivery and practices for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure our organisation is well-run and sustainable.
